A historic HDLC building, now home to Engel & Völkers New Orleans. We refreshed the full exterior and kept every front detail historically accurate: paint, new siding on the sides and back, and gutters.

The Result
Traffic White with Traffic Black shutters and doors. Original millwork and brackets preserved and refreshed. New siding on the sides and back. Dark bronze half-round gutters with round downspouts. Historic, sharp, and built to last.
